2024 Sangiovese Fresco
Bright, lifted, and irresistibly drinkable, this wine is made using carbonic maceration—a whole-cluster fermentation technique that emphasizes purity of fruit, silky texture, and minimal tannin. While often associated with natural wine, this style is rooted in intention and precision, showcasing a fresher side of Sangiovese. In the glass, it’s a vibrant ruby with aromas of wild strawberry, raspberry compote, and just a hint of crushed herbs. The palate is light-bodied and juicy, with crisp acidity and a soft finish that invites another sip. Serve slightly chilled for the full effect. Unfussy but far from simple, Fresco is our nod to the new wave of winemaking—where freshness, energy, and approachability meet elegance.
