2022 Sparkling Wine Grand Imperiale Reserve
Like our traditional bubbly, this luxurious Champagne was made from 80% estate Pinot Noir and 20% estate Chardonnay. This "Very Special" Champagne was inspired by the classic “French 75” cocktail - an old world, sophisticated methode traditionelle finished with 1/4% Mendocino Brandy made from French Colombard, Viognier, and Semillon, blended and aged in neutral oak.
