2021 Late Harvest Sauvignon Blanc
Sauvignon Blanc grapes were allowed to mature to 28° brix before being hand harvested and cold fermented. Fermentation was allowed to stop at 6.6% residual sugar. This beautiful light nectar is laced with intoxicating aromas of citrus peel, dried flowers, peaches, and a whiff of crystallized ginger and almond paste. Viscous and sweet, this gorgeous wine can be chilled and enjoyed as a dessert, or paired with ripe, bold, unctuous cheeses, foie gras, dried fruit, or crème brulee. 375 ml bottle.
