2020 Sparkling Wine
Our traditional bubbly made in the traditional French method from a cuvée of 51% estate Pinot Noir and 49% estate Chardonnay. This sparkler is elegant and sumptuous with flavors of freshly fallen apples winding through a ribbon of refreshing bubbles. Noticeably fresh and bright with a lovely soft mousse, it is a clear expression of the estate Los Alamos Vineyard terroir.
