2011 Cabernet Sauvignon, Valley View
This truly Bordeaux styled blend is comprised of 75% Cabernet Sauvignon and nearly equal amounts of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, and Malbec making up the difference. Aging was carried out in French oak barrels. This ripe, well sculpted Cabernet in the Bordeaux tradition is saturated in color. Earthy aromas of fig and dried herbs with notes of blackberry and cassis combine with deep flowery flavors of coffee and dark red fruit that persist over the finish.
75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Merlot, 8% Cabernet Franc, 3% Petite Verdot, 7% Malbec
