L&L's 4th Winter Wine Round-Up with Los Caballeros in Arizona
Los Caballeros Dude Ranch Resort
Reserve early as this one sells out every year. Dust off your cowboy boots for some horseback riding with Wine Club Manager Anjie's dad, Papa Tony Thompson, who will give the VIP treatment to club members who wish to explore 20,000 acres of wild desert on horseback. This trip includes a hay wagon ride to a ranch cookout dinner with music and wine in the shadow of Vulture Peak.
Dine with us at the scenic Golf Club for a 3-course wine-paired dinner at sunset and campfire with s'mores.
Enjoy cowboy music after dinner in the western bar and nature hikes with the resident naturalist. Guests are invited to do their own thing and take in one included activity each day. Choose from a spa credit of $60, horseback riding, trap and skeet shooting, or golfing the course's challenging 135 slope rating with a length of 7,014 yards. Their “signature hole” is the 13th. Playing 605 yards from the rust tees, it features numerous elevation changes and a small well protected undulating green. It is consistently rated as one of the most challenging par 5 holes in the state.

Note: With as large as Lucas & Lewellen wine groups tend to be, the ranch is going to have its hands full with our visit! Activities will need to be reserved 2-3 weeks prior. (Jeep tours are not included in this year's package as the company is no longer working with the ranch.) And waitlisted folks usually are almost always admitted in the weeks prior to the event so if you are on the waitlist, do not make alternative plans!
