Hand-harvested in the cool early morning, these grapes were whole cluster pressed and fermented in premium tight grain French oak and completed secondary fermentation. This elegant wine reflects the cool maritime climate of the Santa Maria Valley with beautiful minerality, balanced acid, and notes of white pear, Mandarin citrus, lime, and marzipan.
