2021 Riesling
These White Riesling grapes were grown in our Los Alamos Vineyard. Cool nights and mild, sunny days combine to provide a long growing season, giving the grapes plenty of time to ripen slowly and develop maximum varietal character. The grapes are then hand-harvested and cold fermented to preserve their fresh flavors and aromas. With well-balanced acidity, the wine displays notes of honeyed, melon-tinged flavors typical of the vineyard.
