2021 Ramato
Named for "copper colored" in Italian, our "Ramato" exhibits a warm coppery hue with a pretty nose of wild berries and spring blossoms. Once crushed, these Pinot Grigio grapes from our estate vineyards in Los Alamos, California, were left on their pigmented skins for several hours and then gently pressed. The delicate coppery juice was cold fermented to preserve its fruity fresh flavor. Elegant on the palate with a crisp acidity, flavors of strawberries and marzipan yield to a long fruity finish.
