2018 Rosato di Nebbiolo
The eminent red grape of Northern Italy finds home in the Los Alamos area of Santa Barbara County. This Rosato was made by pressing red Nebbiolo grapes to yield a delicate pink juice. This fresh, bright Rosato wine has remarkable aromas of pink bubblegum, Asian Pears, and raspberries. The palate is balanced with crisp acidity and lingering flavor.
