2017 Sparkling Wine "Blanc de Noirs"

Our traditional bubbly made from 80% estate Pinot Noir and 20% estate Chardonnay. This sparkler is elegant with flavors of freshly fallen apples winding through a ribbon of refreshing bubbles. Noticeably fresh and bright with a faint shade of coral pink, it is a clear expression of the estate Los Alamos Vineyard terroir.
