2014 Late Harvest Sauvignon Blanc
Sauvignon Blanc grapes are blended and hand-harvested from two of our estate vineyards. For this wine select Sauvignon Blanc grapes were allowed to mature to 30° brix before being hand harvested and cold fermented. Fermentation was allowed to stop at 9.1% residual sugar. The cooler Los Alamos Vineyard provides crispness while the warmer Valley View Vineyard provides an aroma with tropical notes of guava, pineapple, and flavors of juicy white peaches and Meyer lemon that linger on the finish to produce a distinctive and exquisite dessert wine. 375 ml bottle.
