Lucas & Lewellen Tasting Rooms Manager, Andrew Moore, has waited a long time for this one, his choice sparkling of all Lucas & Lewellen releases. This Very Special Champagne was inspired by the classic “French 75” cocktail. A sophisticated methode traditionelle finished with 1/4% Germain Robin Brandy made from Viognier, Chenin Blanc, and French Colombard blended in an antique cognac still, this is an old world, luxurious Champagne, limited to 200 cases total production. 0.6% RS.
